PS3 frozen

Hi

When we turn on the PS3 and click on a User, the main menu will not load. There is a small clock on the top right hand side that seems like something is trying to happen but the menu is not loading.

Just wondering if anyone has experienced this before and is there a solution?

I found this....worth a try.

turn the ps3 off from the back.

now turn it back on

then press and hold the power button till you hear 2-3 beeps and then let go of the button.

this should reset the ps3
