PRTB - how to search for a property & 2 other questions

What is the best way to find a property on the PRTB list of tenancies. I've tried 'edit, search' etc but it's difficult to find a particular street sometimes. Can you search by the registration number?

I've recently registered a property and I've received the letter back but I can't find the property on the PRTB, is there a delay between them sending the letter and putting it in the excel file?

Does the PRTB take away the old registerations when you make a new registeration of the same property?

e-mail or call them with your query. They tend to be quite helpful when you are not giving out to them.

you can download the various different areas into excel and use the search function to find address.
