PRSI records incorrect - how to fix it?

Back in 2006 I was working full time, tax and PSRI was deducted from my wages but number of insurable weeks was not put in correctly - when I went from paid weekly to monthly, it was not done correctly and only 1 week was counted for every 4 when I was paid. How can I have this corrected. (I went to my employer and he says I have to find out myself as he doesn't know). Thanks for any suggestions.

I'm not sure what you mean about incorrect recording. Is this on your P60 or do the payslips not match the P60.
It is the duty of the employer to deduct, record and passon on your PRSI contributions correctly.

Ring social welfare as they have a special number to ring that looks after these specific queries (and post it here when you get it)
