Just wondering if an emloyee earns below the employee threshold(365 I think) i.e. only employee PRSI is collected for this employee. This does have any implications on any social welfare payments, maternity, teeth etc that they may try to avail of in the future or does it make no difference.
No difference. Once it is an "A" rate contribution it does not matter if there is an employer only contribution or an employer and employee contribution.
