PRSI on rental income

Hi All,
My daughter has income from a rental property which at present is her sole source of income. For income tax purposes she is exempt, but is PRSI payable on it? ROS is showing an exempt tax calc but charging PRSI so I would like clarification before she submits.

They do have a minimum level of prsi on self employed income. using ros i say the calualation is accurate.

to accurately answer you need to disclose profit here and what prsi ros is calulating and some one on forum will confirm
