Well I went to claim for an eye exam done this year by Specsavers.
Been working since 2010 - present in the same full time job and to my surprise they rejected my claim saying I didn't accumulate enough PRSI payments in the year 2009. No surprise regarding 2009 since I was made redundant early that year.
But... why the heck are they using 2009 to check my eligibility for PRSI coverage for an eye exam in this year of 2011? Is this normal???
