PRSI Charged on pension

Hi,
I have a question about prsi being charged on a pension for someone over the age of 66. I thought that prsi is not charged on any income (based upon reading and prior experience). I was wondering are there any scenarios where PRSI can be charged on income for an individual who is 66.

Thanks in advance,

PHP:
PRSI/Levies
If you are aged 66 or over you are not liable to pay PRSI.
The Health Contribution Levy is payable except on payments, including pensions,
from the Department of Social and Family Affairs.
and this:
PHP:
Recipients of a Social Welfare Widow’s or Widower’s Pension,
Deserted Wife’s Benefit/Allowance or One-Parent Family Payment are exempt from
paying the 2% Health Contribution. All Medical Card holders (including people

age 70) are also exempt from this contribution.
