Please help,

Started prsa in 2008 can this be cashed in?I havent paid into this in about 16 months,I know this question asked alot but
could someone help.Dont know alot about these subjects.

No a PRSA cannot be cashed in until 60 in most respects however there is limited circumstances that it could be cashed in e.g.

Value less that 650 and no payments received in the last 2 years, in the case of serious or terminal illness, with employers concent if over age 50
