PRSA (when can I access question)

I have a prsa that company I worked for contributed to. I took redundancy a couple of years ago but I’m now medically unfit for employment certified by gap. I was 50 in March. is it possible for me to access the funds it’s circa 20k.

Under PRSA arrangements, early retirement from an employment is possible from age 50.
