PRSA charges

i recently started a new job and they don't have a pension scheme where i work.
I am looking at setting up a prsa.what are the charges..are they all more or less the same or are some products betters than others?

Fees are not all the same.

Traditional brokers charge high fees.

If you are willing to accept no advice, execution-only service, discount brokers offer much lower fees.

But no advice.
