Provisional licence question

quick question and probably a stupid one but here goes!

I am returing to ireland shortly after 9yrs away.
I never got a full licence but had a privisonal before I left. I have one in uk aswell as I meant to get my licence but leaving earlier than planned.

Do I need to go for another 1st privisional or can I get a second?
Can I get a copy of the old one if I cant find it?

From what I remember you have five years from the date of expiry to renew your prov. license otherwise it'll be considered your 1st requiring you to to the theory test. The old one will have expired by now.
