Prospect Manor, Rathfarnham

Hi there,

Just looking for general information on the estate.

Is it safe/quiet etc?

Is the build quality of the houses good?

Are there many young children? (have a child myself so would like them to have pals in the estate)

If you have children in junior school where do they go?

Do you find it a prob not being right beside a shop?

Any info greatly appreciated.

it's a bit out of the way and bus service is poor. lot of houses on sale there at the minute which must indicate something.
