Absolutely no impact. Its specific to social welfare, and PRSI class.

Proprietary directors are allowed claim mileage from their employer/company along with subsistence for genuine business journeys. The above has no impact. It's actually just in relation to the classification for PSSI purposes. Therefore you do not need to be concerned or worried, a director can continue to be paid mileage, travel expenses and subsistence from from the company.
