It is reported that the Central Bank will operate a new Registrar for all loans over 500 euros. Wondering will the existing Irish Credit Bureau continue to operate and also what implications, if any, this new development may have on borrowers. If it helps to stop hugh multiple lendings from various banks it will be worthwhile but alas a bit late in the day.
