Property Tax for First Time Buyers

Hi,

I have just bought my first house 10 days ago. Will i be exempt from Property Tax or did i just miss out as i bought before 2013??

Also, has tax relief been abolished from 2013 onwards for FTB?

Hi firsthouse you are entitled to your trs until 2017 once you have drawn down on your mortgage before the end of December

unfortunately you will have to pay the property tax. The exemption for property tax is for first time buyers from Jan 2013 as they will not receive any trs .
