(Mostly directed at other EAs): Got a form in the post today to join the Code of Practice for the National Property Services Regulatory Authority.

Doesn't look that much different from the IAVI rules and also, it's voluntary!

Has the legislation gone through yet?
 
It might be voluntary now... but it won't stay that way!
 
Yeah, that voluntary bit surprised me, I thought the whole point of it was to regulate the industry so it should be mandatory.

For now it looks to have the same rules etc. as the IAVI.
