What does "Not in full market price - No" mean for a property sold in PPR? Will it be reflected in PPR if it's in the affordable home scheme?
Can anyone help?

It then explains the various reasons why the price shown does not reflect the full market price in some cases, affordable home schemes is one of the reasons given.

What does "Not in full market price - No" mean for a property sold in PPR?

It usually means sold to a family member at below market price.

The stamp duty has to be paid on the market price which Revenue know about but don't list as an additional field on the PPR. In the interests of transparency (and making it easier to catch dubious valuations) I think they should, but sin scéal eile.

Wouldn't the double negative here mean it was full market price? I checked my own and it is "Not in full market price - No" and was a regular purchase.

I agree, Not The Full Market Price - No is wrong on; https://www.propertypriceregister.ie

The alternative https://propertypriceregisterireland.com/ has it right, it says Full Market Price and the answer is either yes or no, much clearer.
