Property Management in Costa Del Sol

Hi

Can anybody recommend a property management company in Costa Del Sol - area is Benalmadena where I have a 2 bed apartment. I need to get holiday rentals to help cover the cost.

I'm trying to find a company who can generate some short term weeks and have the usual services e.g. online booking, cleaning services, repairs, guest meet etc.

Several years ago I used to deal with Premier Property Management in Guadalmina, found them very good. I don't have a property there any more, so don't know the update situation. Thye work a lot around Marbella, not sure about Benalmadena. Trustworthy anyway, in my experience.

Have you tried Holiday Lettings? A friend advertises their property on the Costa del Sol with them and seems to be doing really well.
