Property Investment tax advisor - recommendation?

Hi,
I would greatfully appreciate it if someone could recommend a good property investment tax advisor.
I am in the early stages of buying a Section 23 tax incentive property and need some professional advice from someone who knows all the red tape and how to work around it. I am a PAYE employee.
Along with your suggestion perhaps you may indicate current fees for such consultations if you happen to know (i.e per hour/consultation etc.)

John McNally is the tax partner in this firm and got extensive expereince and background of proprty tax and proprty investment.
