Property investment course

Hi,

I'd like to start Property Investment course, diploma or study for professionals and finish with some diploma. I posses master degree in law, so it could be any postgraduate diploma too. I found only one in Dublin Businness School. Did somebody finish this diploma and could advise if it's worth to attand? Does anybody know if there are any other courses?

could you PM me with the name of the lecturer? i did do a property course in Dublin years ago (as part of a business masters). the course and lecturer were a complete joke. for obvious reasons i will not name him here but if it is the same guy you would be wasting time & money.
 
I don't know who is the lecturer... but I'll ask. Do I have any other options apart this one...?
 
how about checking with one of the official estate agent or surveyor bodies in Ireland (IAVI or such like). I know that all of the big Irish banks have large property investment/financing operations so you could try to contact one of the divisions directly and see if you can get talking to someone. you might also trawl the websites of all the business schools in Dublin - given the importance of property and construction to the Irish economy I would be surprised if someone was not offering a property oriented course or diploma.
 
I need to be already employee of estate agent for the IAVI and IPAV courses. I don't know anyone else. If you could advise I'll be pleased. About contacting Irish banks- very good idea! I'll do it! Thanks a lot!
 
As this is in the overseas forum I am presuming it is an overseas question. If so I came across a property course aimed at the overseas sector at the address below. Don't know anything about it unfortunately, just passing it on for what it's worth.
