We bought a property in prague 7 (riverlofts) two years ago, the property was completed in October of 2008. Obviously we had hoped to rent out the property asap but unfortuantely that so far has not happened. also we were hoping to get E600 to E700 to cover our mortgage but that also looks unlikely. Anybody else got any experience of buying property in this city.
