Property in Poland

I was dealing with 2 Irish men. I believe they are set up as a Polish company. If you want, you can contact me I can give you there contact details. They travel out there regularly.

Thanks Shep I think I know who you were dealing with. I thought their stuff was a little pricey and to be honest I'm looking to save a few quid by cutting out the Irish middle man myself. In their defence I will say that they do seem to have a good knowledge of the city and are taking away the stress of having to deal with Polish developers and then trying to get a concrete shell fitted out ready to rent.

Ecstatic, I was in Wroclaw for four days last week; the minimum apartment price anywhere within 3/4 kms from the Old Square was close to 6,000 PLN per sq m. I estimate Wroclaw will have gone up 50% since Sept 2005 - Dec 2006.

Should have been more definitive. For new build apartments, the minimum apartment price anywhere within 3/4 kms from the Old Square is close to 6,000 PLN per sq m.

Hi!
I'm thinking about starting business - helping people from abroad to do business in Poznan.I know it's hard for you to get contacts, info, details etc. Properties are now most popular but there is many more opotunities in different categories.
So couple of questions:
-do you think services like this could be popular for Irish people?
-do you have many friends interested in business in Poland but finding it too difficult to realize?
-in your opinion what price range would be fair for prepering business trip to Poznan. (to appoint meeting with developers in English, some sightseeing, hotel&restaurant recommendation and booking, airport transfer etc.)
-what is the best way to find cusomers for such service?

What are your thoughts about it? Do you think it is good idea and is there a chance to find 6-8 people every month who are interested in this?

any questions about Poznan - please send me message.
