Property in Poland

Hi everyone
I have just started to look at properties to buy in Poland. I have a small cash budget and would love to put it to good use.

Has anyone any advice on buying in poland? I am looking at an apartment in Skawinska, Krakow, Poland and is descibed as being

• Apartment in the most trendy part of Krakow's old town - Kazimierz
• Good rental area
• IV floor
• Beautiful view

No idea where to start. I sent an email to the agents who are in poland and asked for more details.
