Property in Crete.

Evening all.

I'm new to this so I will keep it short and sweet.
I am hoping to purchace property in Crete and was wondering if anyone has had any experience of doing this and could give me some advice as to the potential pit-falls or things to look out for. Any advice at all would be most helpful.
