I have purchased 2 properties in dubai
dubai lagoon and oxford court.
I have heard people say that there are always long delays in construction work.
...2 or 3 yr delays etc....
anyone heard of this?
my dubai lagoon apartment is supposed to be complete June 2008 and oxford court on Dec 2008.
both are off-site developments.
anyone heard of any problems with dubai developments?
