I can recommend Margaret O'Callahan (email ocallagm@indigo.ie) She is the property manager of various properties in Dublin 4. She has all the required credentials. She is a very tenacious business woman, from Kerry originally. She was the property manager at an apartment I was renting and she was like a dog with a bone when it came to paring down our annual expenses, but at the same time using good contractors etc.
