my friends partner has been conditionally approved for a loan, and needs two recent utility bills to complete his application but they both live withher parents.

has anyone any idea what the bank will accept for this as they dont pay bills there, all bills are in her parents name. thanks in advance.

Are the utility bills in addition to his driving licence/passport?

Ask the lender if they will accept bank statements, credit card statements, mobile phone invoices, revenue documents and/or letter from a local garda in addition to the driving licence/passport as proof of address.

yes its in addition to that and driving licence . he has credit card and bank statements they might do thanks 4 reply

Some of this thread might be of help/interest.

Potential that banks may differ on what they require/accept, but worst case I'm sure a bank statment and P21 balancing statment (can be requested through the Revenue online system) should be more than acceptable.
