Hi people,any info would be great! I have recently become redundant and I live in rented acc. so didn't have any bills with proof of address,I handed over letters from loan company's and one from the tax office. I have now received a letter from the deciding officer claiming these are not enough,I need a bill with my address but all bills (elec,gas) are in my landlords name. What's the best thing to do? ask the landlord to send a letter explaining the situation? any help would be great as it's holding up my claim!
