project manager for self build

hi guys

I was just wondering could somebody recommend a project manager to oversee a selfbuild in the East Cork area. I would basically need someone who would visit the site twice a week and ensure everything is on track and ensure that the direct labour contractors are correctly scheduled etc. What price would normally be charged for such a service? The house is approx 2400sq ft and a basic enough spec.
