Product for treating damaged wooden Rational window frames

We have Rationel window frames. The dog has scratched the wood on one of the patio doors, The advice from Rationel for treating damaged wood is to use Teknol Aqua 1401-01.

I cant find a stockist and I have tried emailing their Irish branch and have received no reply.

Does anyone know where I can get some, or recommend an alternative product.

By my limited googling ,it appears that telknol aqua doesn't have a license for sale in Ireland.
