Procedure for filing documents in District Court for Family Law

Hi,

Can someone advise the correct procedure and forms needed to apply for access and guardianship in district court?

Given short service and served copy of documents via registered post and sent same back to the court office.
What's needed to get it lodged for hearing and what are the correct rules and forms needed?

You'll find the court clerks very helpful in regards to procedures, though they cannot of course give legal advice.
 
I find the court clerks are very helpful and patient when advising which forms to use. It helps, if possible, to ask for the same court clerk once someone is helping you. You should find all the forms on www.legalprecedents.ie.
