procedure for claiming back income tax

Was on emergency tax last year for a while...I believe the tax man owes me
Anyone know the procedure?

hi there , i used taxrefund.ie for claiming overpaid tax. they charged a small commision but in the end i didnt have to pay as it turns out i was owed nothing.
if it was emergency tax you should have had your tax sorted when you went on to the regular band. why dont you give the revenue a call?

Contact Revenue and ask for a balancing statement. You will have to have your P60 to show the amount of tax you paid

no need to pay taxrefund.ie a simple phone call will suffice....contact your local tax district
