Over the last week or two, I've been having serious problems with my mobile. I'm on Vodafone 3G. Half the time I can't make or receive calls, and if I send a text, the recipient gets it four or five times, while I receive texts numerous times. Customer care is adamant it's a problem with my Sim or handset, but the handset is only 3 months old. I took it to a Vodafone shop and they told me my handset is fine, gave me a new Sim and said that the 3G network is in disarray and that Customer Care are trying to cover it up. Has anyone else had this problem? If I manually switch to a GSM network, everything works fine......
