Just been onto their support desk which did not open until 9 and I was subsequently on hold for 10 minutes.
Chap I got onto wasn't aware of any problems until I asked him to do a DNS lookup for
www.u.tv.
Response "Oh yes it looks like there is a problem. But our engineers are working on it"
No idea from him as to what time to expect the system to be back online or what the actual issue is.
Trying to look up
www.u.tv via DNS using
www.nwtools.com fails with "Attempt to get a DNS server for
www.u.tv failed: Timed out" Any attempts to ping the IP address or do a tracert also fail. Sounds like a major issue on their side.
