Problems with Buytel?

We were with Ryanair Telecom as our carrier preselect telephone provider for the past year or so and then they were taken over by or merged with Buytel. For the past few days we have been unable to make any outgoing calls from our home as all we get is an engaged tone (it sounds like an engaged tone anyhow). We sent them an email a few days ago about an unrelated matter (accessing our account on their website) and did not get any reply.

Is anyone else experiencing any difficulties with this crowd?

We are having to consider moving back to Eircon...shudder the thought!
 
Have no experience of Buytel, but dont just consider Eircom, try Smart Telecom, Esat amoungst many others

In the meantime...prefix the number 13666 before the phone no. you wish to dial and you can make calls charged to your Eircom bill.

I`ve had no problems with Ryanair/Buytel/Access apart from a certain dizzyness caused by the frequent name changing.
Have always found them great to deal with and very helpful.
IMHO they are GREAT VALUE especially if you phone abroad...3c in the evening to most of Europe!!!
