Problems with Broadworks TV feed

Hi,

I know there are previous posts on Broadworks but I was wondering if anyone has experienced a specific problem we are having.

Aprox. 2-3 times a week 1 or 2 channels are lost for a few hours. All we see is a blue screen and a detail panel similar to one seen when using digital tv (it must be where they get their feed).

The most recent example was last Friday when Living TV and C4 were out from about 6 p.m. till early the next morning.

Has anyone else seen this? Any feedback from Broadworks?

I constantly have problems with them...though anytime I notice it I ring them straight away and they usually have it sorted with the hour..

yeah hasnt happened in a while, but used to happen a lot. But then again i wasnt watching much over the weekend so maybe i missed the disruption.they changed the channels as well without informing got rid of sky one, its all free to air channels they are providing , suppose u wont get much more for 20 euro.
