I know there are previous posts on Broadworks but I was wondering if anyone has experienced a specific problem we are having.
Aprox. 2-3 times a week 1 or 2 channels are lost for a few hours. All we see is a blue screen and a detail panel similar to one seen when using digital tv (it must be where they get their feed).
The most recent example was last Friday when Living TV and C4 were out from about 6 p.m. till early the next morning.
Has anyone else seen this? Any feedback from Broadworks?
