I have had nothing but trouble with this service.
I cancelled a direct debit by 365 telephone banking and also cancelled the direct debit by way of internet banking and also received a text message to confirm the cancellation or so I thought.
Anyway the direct debit was paid out. I called 365 banking to voice my annoyance and concern and they referred me bank to my branch.
Why bother
