Problems with Bank of Ireland SEPA

I have had nothing but trouble with this service.

I cancelled a direct debit by 365 telephone banking and also cancelled the direct debit by way of internet banking and also received a text message to confirm the cancellation or so I thought.

Anyway the direct debit was paid out. I called 365 banking to voice my annoyance and concern and they referred me bank to my branch.

Why bother:rolleyes:

Anybody else having difficulties?
 
Customers are entitled to a "No questions asked refund" of all direct debits processed for an 8 week period after the date the direct debit was paid. In practice the bank will be required to refund the customers, they will then debit your company who in turn will have to recharge the customer.
