Problems with AF House - who to turn to

I have problems with the internal and external plastering on my house.
Basically I had someone look at it last night as the entire plaster has come away from one wall and about to on another.
The guy says it needs to be re-done and not just patched up - I can't put up any tiles etc or my shower as he reckons it's only a matter of time before they lift too.
I have advised Fingal but suffice to say the buck has been passed.
Where do I stand with getting this remedied - I have asked for the developer head office to ring me back as I got ab no joy out of the actual builder.

I am fuming !
Anyone any suggestions or experience of getting problems resolved after the keys have been handed over.

The developers are responsible for the house - I would try them first

Get onto the developer. If they refuse to remedy the situation, get in touch with homebond. Let the developer know that you intend to do this.

also see if yous have a residents commitee,because i get alot of support from them.... we have a 1yr snag with our place so we phone up and get anything we need fixing....the estate is run by a management company also and if i need to i can email the manager......you might have a contact there also....good luck... thats awful to happen to you,were you in long xx
