Problems transferring money online - banking 365

Hi,

I can log in fine to boi 365 online, but when I try to transfer money to one of my other accounts I get a blue screen with contact details for boi, with the message:

"We are unable to process your request at this time, please try again."

I've had this problem on and off for the last few weeks.
Has anyone else experienced such issues with boi online?

Just got off the phone to them on this issue. They seemed to think it was just me! Ring them directly and complain. I am surprised that this seems to be news to them if there are a number of people with the same problem.
 
I got on to them - apparently it is down to the browser version on your machine. I downloaded the latest version of IE and everything seems to be ok now.
