PROBLEM WITH solicitor

In 2008 I went to rearrange my mortgages with a Bank. After 6 months the notified me that there were not renewing my Tracker as the time limit had expired but offered me a variable rate which I took as I had no choice. There were no mention on the offer of a time limit. Have I a chance of getting them back if I go to ombudsman.

How does that equal a problem with your solictor?

Should this tread title not refer to your bank, as opposed to your solicitor?

Agreed. Pimkgin, please edit your title and clarify the issue, you will get a much better response that way.
