problem with samsung home cinema system

hope someone can help. when i turn on my home cinema system it comes up "protected" and then switches off. any ideas was may be causing this. the system is about 2 years old

had the same problem. check and make sure that the wires are inserted fully into the speakers and inserted fully in back of the player. Did this with mine, found 1 wire to be loose.
something to do with difference in power going to speakers if not connected fully.
