I hope this is in the right forum and sorry if it's long winded! I bought an ipod at Christmas for my boyfriend from Dabs.com and it stopped working in March so I logged on to my account and organised for it to be returned. Their (Dabs) courier picked up the ipod on 18th March and I have the docket with parcel no and reference no still here. So a week later I emailed their returns dept to check the status and they claimed they hadn't received the ipod so I sent them the reference numbers and a week later they came back to say that they agreed the item had been returned but couldn't locate it in their warehouse and that they'd follow it up and contact me soon. A week later I emailed them again and got a reply to say they were still chasing this issue. It's now been over a month and they haven't seemed to have found the ipod! What can I do? They still say they are following it up no matter what I say in my emails and there's no contact phone number on their website. Today I told them I wanted a replacement, refund or the original ipod repaired back to me within 2 weeks so waiting to see how they respond - if they respond.
