Was viewing replay of a programme transmitted last week on the RTE TV website. While finding some way of enlarging the video screen on RealPlayer, I was led to the Realplayer website where I stupidly tried to download a version on 'free trial'. Now I find, despite rebooting, I couldn't play the videos on the RTE website, having received an "Error" dialogue message:
"http://search.rte.ie/webbug/image.ph.....etc" and advice to contact Real Networks Cust Support Website, which I did, but couldn't make contact with Tech Support.
Would very much appreciate as to how I'd remove or uninstall the RealPlayer software recently installed, and get back to normal. A hard lesson for me not to try anything in line of downloading software from the Internet of which I'm not sure.
