Problem with incoming mobile calls not connected to phone contacts

Hi,

My wife's new nokia just displays CALL when someone is ringing her, so she doesnt know who is phoning or what number she has missed a call from. She has lots of numbers in her phone but even when I phone her, my name doesnt appear on screen just CALL. Nobody in her contacts who phones her comes up on her screen just the word CALL. There is probably something very simple we have overlooked to solve this. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Try setting the caller id function in the call settings menu

thanks. after trying for a while, vodafone customer service sorted it out. It was caller ID allright but only they could do it on their side. Wife is delighted now!
