02 mobile phone network added a new bundle 02 experience more and also a data add on 9.99euro per month for internet usage onto my mobile phone. I have rang their customer care no. to no avail, sent them CANCEL messages to 50231 to no avail, gone to their shop in Henry st and spoke to manager Stephen who refused to give me his surname and refused to remove same and told me to send an email to Customer care @ 02 .com and it won't send, message comes up saying this field not recognized. Have contacted communications regulator who said to do all this and gave me a case no and come back to them in ten days time. Will they be able to sort this out with 02 on my behalf. Mobile credit per month normally costs me 20euro app. and since this data add on put on and this new 02 experience bundle has cost me 50Euro per month todate. Am fed up to the eye teeth of 02 at this stage. Can I change to another network provider and keep my phone no? Or do I have to get a new phone or what. TOTALLY FED UP!!
