Have spent an hour trying to make the two FINE 38 and 37 ink cartridges sit into our new Canon Pixma IP 1800 printer. Anyone have any experience of this problem? Cartridges came in the box, sealed in cartons and all part of the printer package. Seems there may be a bit of tilting upwards involved according to the instructional pictures, but we suspect our printer is missing a dividing component part that would enable pivoting of the cartridges that would hold them captive. Thanks for any tips
