I am trying to install itunes on a friend's laptop - it downloads fine from the website but when i then go to 'run' itunessetup.exe, i get an error message which says that the file is 'not a valid win32 application'.
Any ideas on what the problem is here? The laptop is a relatively new Dell with Windows xp and I am logged on as an administrator, so dont think thats the problem...

Summary: delete your old version of iTunes/Quicktime (if you have one), ensure your Windows system is up to date with latest service packs etc., download iTunes Setup again and run it again.
