Problem in Hotel in London (UK)

Hi All,

I am looking for a link to the central agency/ consumer forum in UK where I can escalate my complaint against a hotel in London.

I had a very bad experience with one of the hotels in London because of the inferior room quality and bugs in the room due to which I could not sleep in the room and the hotel declined to change my room.

I then asked them to return me the money because they didnot provide the services to me and they are simply declining saying that they didnot find any bugs in the room and that the rooms are perfectly fine.

Can't help with your query but for the benefit of others have you thought of posting a report of your experince on Trip Advisor?

Apart from the above I would complain to the UK tourist board and also if they have website make a complaint on there as well.
