Problem getting Brother Wifi printer to print from laptop

Purchased a Wifi printer from Pixmania .
Unfortunatly all the instructions are in German and French.
Have managed to set and install software which is in English
Problem is I cant get it to print any documents .

When I go print everything seems ok but it simply wont print.
Any one any suggestions on what my problem is or how I might solve this .

Thanks went to brother .ie site and spoke to technical assistance .
Problem solved printer up and running.
Found them helpful.
 
Just a small piece of information on this brother printer.
Bought it from Pixmania when I rang Assistance and gave
serial number of printer lady told me it was bought in France
which is probably true as the instructions were in French.

She did tell me also that there could be problem with the
Warranty as a result of this .Have not been in contact with
them as to what problems are.
 
Delighted to be of use!! Got a few Brother products myself...so that's good news in case of issues.

Have no idea what the issues could be with the warranty...maybe ring/mail Pixmania to discuss?
